Ziggy Palffy had two goals and an assist and Jason Allison scored a goal and added two assists as the Los Angeles Kings beat Colorado 3-1 to cut the Avs' lead in the series to 2-1.

"We are scoring a lot of goals. That's a big surprise right now," Palffy said. "We're creating a lot of chances. We have a lot of confidence."

Lalime Grounds Flyers Again
Patrick Lalime stopped all shots for a second straight shutout and Radek Bonk scored his first career playoff goal as the Ottawa Senators blanked the Philadelphia Flyers 3-0.

"I thought it was great to see the fans behind us," Lalime said. "They were pretty loud, especially when we scored that first goal. They were right behind us throughout the whole game."

Marian Hossa and Daniel Alfredsson scored empty-net goals as Ottawa took a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series.

Sharks Take Series Lead
Mike Ricci had a goal and an assist, and Patrick Marleau, Adam Graves and Scott Thornton also scored as the San Jose Sharks beat the Phoenix Coyotes 4-1 to take a two games to one lead in the best-of-seven series.

Sharks goalie Evgeni Nabokov gave up a goal to Shane Doan on Phoenix's first shot, then made 35 saves to help the Sharks regain the home-ice advantage.
