Atlanta Thrashers -- Acquired defenseman Francis Lessard from the Philadelphia Flyers for defenseman David Harlock and a third and seventh round pick in the 2003 draft.

Boston Bruins -- Acquired defenseman Jeff Norton from the Florida Panthers for a 2002 sixth-round draft pick.

Buffalo Sabres -- Acquired center Bob Corkum from the Atlanta Thrashers for a 2002 fifth-round draft pick.

Calgary Flames -- Acquired right wing Blake Sloan from the Columbus Blue Jackets for defenseman Jamie Allison.

Chicago Blackhawks -- Acquired defenseman Lyle Odelein from the Columbus Blue Jackets for defenseman Jaroslav Spacek and a 2003 second-round draft pick.

Colorado Avalanche -- Acquired defenseman Darius Kasparaitis from the Pittsurgh Penguins for defenseman Rick Berry and left wing Ville Nieminen.

Detroit Red Wings -- Acquired defenseman Jiri Slegr from the Atlanta Thrashers for center Yuri Butsayev and a 2002 third-round draft pick.

Edmonton Oilers -- Acquired defenseman Bobby Allen from the Boston Bruins for defenseman Sean Brown.

Los Angeles Kings -- Acquired center Cliff Ronning from the Nashville Predators for defenseman Jere Karalahti and a conditional pick in the 2003 draft.

Minnesota Wild -- Acquired left wing Greg Crozier from the Boston Bruins for left wing Darryl Laplante.

Montreal Canadiens -- Acquired goaltender Stephane Fiset from the Los Angeles Kings for a conditional draft pick.

Nashville Predators -- Acquired right wing Jukka Hentunen from the Calgary Flames for a conditional 2003 draft pick.

New Jersey Devils -- Acquired center Joe Nieuwendyk and right wing Jamie Langenbrunner from the Dallas Stars for center Jason Arnott and right wing Randy McKay.

New York Islanders -- Acquired defenseman Darren Van Impe from the Florida Panthers for a 2003 fifth-round draft pick.
Acquired center Dave Roche from the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim for right wings Ben Guite and Bjorn Melin.

New York Rangers -- Acquired defenseman Tom Poti and left wing Rem Murray from the Edmonton Oilers for center Mike York and a 2002 fourth-round draft pick.
Acquired right wing Pavel Bure from the Florida Panthers for defensemen Filip Novak and Igor Ulanov, first-round and fourth-round picks in the 2002 draft and a switch of 2003 second-round picks.

Ottawa Senators -- Acquired left wing Benoit Brunet from the Dallas Stars for a conditional 2003 draft pick.
Acquired center Juha Ylonen from the Tampa Bay Lightning for left wing Andre Roy and a sixth-round draft pick in 2002.

Philadelphia Flyers -- Acquired center Adam Oates from the Washington Capitals for goaltender Maxime Ouellet and first- , second- and third-round picks in the 2003 draft.

Phoenix Coyotes -- Acquired left wing Darcy Hordichuk and a conditional draft pick from the Atlanta Thrashers for defenseman Kirill Safronov and right wing Ruslan Zainullin.

Pittsburgh Penguins -- Acquired defenseman Jamie Pushor from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for a fourth-round draft pick in the 2003 Entry Draft.
Acquired center Kent Manderville from the Philadelphia Flyers for right wing Billy Tibbetts.

St. Louis Blues -- Acquired center Ray Ferraro from the Atlanta Thrashers for a 2002 fourth-round pick.

Toronto Maple Leafs-- Acquired goaltender Tom Barrasso from the Carolina Hurricanes for a fourth-round pick in 2003.

Washington Capitals -- Claimed left wing Benoit Hogue off waivers from the Boston Bruins.
